Photos > [2009-10-03] Grand Teton National Park
I visited Grand Teton National Park in the autumn of 2009 to do some hiking and get some fall photos (changing leaves and all that). There were a few trees with color left in them, but winter weather in the Tetons sets in much more quickly than I realized. I did some hiking & camping on the Granite Canyon / Open Canyon Loop trails, but didn't continue on along the Teton Crest trail any further than that since temperatures dropped to around 10 degrees F and the trail was obscured by snow.
Despite the bad shooting conditions, I was able to get a few good photos when there was a break in the weather. Hopefully I'll return at some point to do the full Teton Crest trail, next time in August.
