We broke up the long drive from Positano back to Paris by spending a night in Chamonix, which rests below Mont Blanc. Sadly we couldn't spend much time, but a cable car ride to Aiguille du Midi gave a few good photos of the surrounding peaks & valleys, and was a nice break from the summer heat.
